Roles & Responsibilities
- Take control of day‑to‑day contract delivery, ensuring KPIs, SLAs, and client expectations are smashed
- Manage engineers, subcontractors, and supply chain to deliver responsive and planned works efficiently
- Drive performance, tackle issues head‑on, and implement improvements across service delivery
- Handle disrepairs, complaints, and operational challenges with confidence and professionalism
Desired Experience
- 5+ years within Maintenance or Facilities Management
- Experience as a Supervisor, Contracts Supervisor, or Assistant Contract Manager
- Strong technical knowledge of construction, repairs, and compliance
- Relevant qualifications (HNC or above) or solid hands‑on experience
