We are recruiting for the role of CFO Hub Support Worker. In this role you will be responsible for managing a caseload of participants within the community and in a prison setting. You will provide high‑quality support and guidance, facilitating the engagement of participants in activities that help them overcome barriers to successful resettlement and achieve milestones leading to sustainable employment, education, or training.
Salary: £26,049 - £31,790 per annum
Location: Worthing
Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrable experience in motivating and supporting individuals with multiple and complex needs to overcome barriers and progress towards future goals in education, training, and employment.
- Experience in working with external stakeholders to provide exceptional participant support or progression routes, including employers, local authorities, health services, or voluntary sector organisations.
- The ability to build, manage, and maintain strong working relationships with a variety of support services to ensure comprehensive participant support.
- Proven experience of successfully working to targets and key performance indicators, with the ability to monitor and report on participant progress effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills and time management, with the ability to manage a caseload independently and provide community‑based support.
