Job Overview

Customer Retention Executive. We are seeking a customer retention executive to join our well‑established, top‑of‑the‑network customer retention team at Mercedes‑Benz of Preston. This full‑time, permanent role involves providing the highest possible quality service for our customers while gaining exposure to premium luxury brand operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Making outbound calls to existing customers to remind them to book service & MOTs
  • Maximising workshop bookings through objection handling and meeting customer requests
  • Building positive relationships with customers
  • Capturing customer details and GDPR preferences
  • Driving sales through customer service interactions

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience dealing with customers in customer service, retail, hospitality or a contact‑centre setting with a strong focus on meeting targets and selling
  • Influencing skills and confidence to convert customer calls into bookings
  • Providing excellent customer service to maximise retention
  • Fantastic listening skills to understand customer requirements and needs
  • Attention to detail when using multiple systems
  • Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge
  • Professionalism and commitment to adhere to process and procedure

Training

Training starts from day one. You will receive hands‑on training within the dealership, one‑to‑one mentoring over a month, and the opportunity to see and use live systems while overseeing the full customer after‑sales journey.

Salary & Benefits
