Lotus Cars builds world-class, high-performance and lightweight sports cars that are sold all around the world. We are looking for a Digital Channel & CRM Manager in the Group Marketing Department to join us in our Global Commercial site based in Coventry.
What You’ll Do
- Support the development of the Global .com Strategy
- Have a strong vision about how CX should be on the website
- Build, optimize and develop the website in alignment with key stakeholders
- Operate the CMS
- Analyze the data to enhance understanding of our users and deliver insights that drive personalized experiences
- Create top notch, SEO-friendly pages (in all languages)
- Responsible for the website performance to achieve business objectives
- Manage CRM system and deliver communication campaigns towards actual customers and prospects
- Analyze data on a regular basis through existing platforms, including LookerStudio (Google) and Salesforce
- Provide regular reporting
- Agency management on a daily basis and budget management
Essential
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience in digital content, CRM, project management, publishing, and distribution
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing tools
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization
- Affinity with UX and UI design
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with analytics tools to measure content performance

- Experience in Automotive

Additional Information
- This role will be working from our Coventry office. This role will be working on-site, full time.
- Frequent travel might be required to visit different entities. Applicants must therefore possess the ability to travel freely without restrictions.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK without VISA sponsorship.
