German & English Speaking Customer Advisor *Hybrid

We are recruiting for a permanent German & English Bilingual Customer Service Advisor to speak both German and English.

Hybrid for Ringwood, Hampshire office

Main Purpose of Customer Service Advisor role

• Respond to English and German emails, answer calls.
• Handle customer queries in our system and translate replies from English to German and vice versa.
• Deliver customer service excellence across phone and written communications in both languages.
• Communicate directly with customers via phone, email, social media and live web chat.

Reporting

The Bilingual Customer Service Advisor reports into the German Team Leader.

Qualifications

• Natural ability to communicate and empathise.
• Confident and professional manner.
• Willingness to help a customer with their challenge.

Location & Working Hours

Location: Hybrid for Ringwood, Hampshire office.

Hours: 40 paid hours per week.

Shifts: Monday to Saturday, 8‑hour shifts between 8 am and 8 pm. Rota provided 2 weeks in advance.
