Location: London (3 days in the office)
Salary: £55,000
Job Type: Permanent – Client Side – Mid Level

This is a critical role for the business, helping to shape the technology landscape.

About the role

• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to oversee the successful implementation of new systems and technologies.
• Manage the tech roadmap, making sure it is aligned with the overall company strategy and goals.
• Manage the relationship with external developers.
• Be the main POC for all technical activities.
• Work closely with the Customer Care team to address issues and improve efficiencies.

About you

• Several years eCommerce experience, ideally in a retail capacity.
• Technically proficient and able to liaise closely with the Development team.
• Able to manage multiple projects at a time and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
