Overview
Synapri are on the hunt for a Business Operations Principal to join one of our global SaaS organisations. This role will be focused on driving ambitious growth targets, shaping GTM strategies, and partnering with senior leaders to deliver high-impact initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
You will translate strategy into actionable plans, lead annual and in-year planning processes, and ensure best practice is being followed. If you have a background in creating growth strategies and have the ability to manipulate data and digest it into an easy format to streamline business operations then this role could be for you!
Key Skills Required
- Strong experience in strategy, business operations, and GTM execution in complex, international environments (ideally SaaS)
- Proven track record in data-driven decision making, planning, and operational execution.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills at all levels.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, change initiatives, and business process optimisations.
Additional Information
Start: ASAP – Max 1 month’s notice
Location: 3 days onsite in London (non negotiable)
Duration: 12 months
Rate: £575pd Inside IR35
