About The Role
We are seeking a Digital Performance Analyst to join our team and play a key role in optimizing user engagement, conversion, and overall digital performance. This role requires a sharp analytical mind, strong technical skills, and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the performance of digital assets in a timely and accurate manner, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure robust Google Analytics (GA) tracking that reflects current release status.
- Create and present insightful reports to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making and continuous service improvement.
- Drive optimization initiatives to enhance user engagement, conversion rates, and overall digital performance.
Technical Skills & Experience
- Web Analytics Expertise: Proficient in tools like Google Analytics.
- Data Visualization: Skilled in Looker Studio, Power BI, or other visualization tools (essential).
- Data Analysis: Knowledge of SQL and strong analytical skills for interpreting complex datasets.
- Problem Solving: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions to achieve business goals.
- Collaboration: Experience working with developers, research, and UX teams to align digital strategies with organizational objectives.
- Communication: Strong ability to convey insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
