Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in operations or office management, with a very good understanding of IT systems and infrastructure. They will be confident managing suppliers, coordinating administrative teams and overseeing facilities and premises matters. A structured, proactive approach to change management and continuous improvement is essential, alongside a solid understanding of data protection and governance requirements. Excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities and the confidence to operate at a senior, trusted level within the business are key to success in this role.
