Maintenance Manager (Mechanical / Electrical)
Are you a Maintenance Team Leader, Supervisor or similar from a mechanical/electrical background, looking for a senior role in a fast‑growing company, where you will be the go‑to maintenance specialist and lead a team of engineers working on bespoke industrial machinery?
In this role you will be responsible for leading a maintenance team within a fast‑paced industrial site and overseeing the maintenance operations. This is a varied role with a mix of preventative and reactive maintenance on cranes, filter pressers, dosing systems and conveyors, where you will also conduct diagnosis and fault finding personally.

Responsibilities
- Overseeing the maintenance team
- Compliance checks on all factory equipment
- Maintenance activities on cranes and factory machinery
- Monday‑Friday, flexible start and finish, 40 hours per week
Qualifications
- Maintenance Supervisor or similar
- Mechanical/Electrical background
- Looking for direct progression to a Maintenance Manager

Salary & Benefits
£40,000 – £45,000 with Overtime OTE £53,000 and company bonus. 33 days holiday plus additional benefits.
