You'll partner closely with operational leaders, HR and Finance to ensure we have the right technical experts to deliver complex projects now and in the future

What you'll be doing...

• Leading end‑to‑end recruitment for specialist engineering and renewable energy roles
• Building proactive talent pipelines to reduce agency reliance and strengthen direct sourcing
• Providing market insight, salary benchmarking and workforce planning guidance to senior stakeholders
• Driving continuous improvement through data, systems and collaboration
• Championing an outstanding, inclusive candidate experience that reflects Mitie's values

What you'll bring...

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment, ideally in technical engineering or renewable energy
• Confidence balancing immediate hiring needs with longer‑term workforce planning
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels
• A collaborative, curious mindset and motivation to build capability for the future
• Experience developing sustainable pipelines, including early careers or internalmobility
