- Leading end‑to‑end recruitment for specialist engineering and renewable energy roles
- Building proactive talent pipelines to reduce agency reliance and strengthen direct sourcing
- Providing market insight, salary benchmarking and workforce planning guidance to senior stakeholders
- Driving continuous improvement through data, systems and collaboration
- Championing an outstanding, inclusive candidate experience that reflects Mitie's values
What you'll bring…

- Proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment, ideally in technical engineering or renewable energy
