Team Leader

This Team Leader role at Platform 8 offers the opportunity to lead shifts in a busy pub environment in Inverness. This is a hands on role supporting the team, maintaining standards and ensuring customers receive a consistent and welcoming experience.

The role

• Lead shifts and support the team during service.
• Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
• Assist with the organisation and flow of busy shifts.
• Support management and step in when required.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and compliance across the bar.

Working pattern

Full time hours.

• Previous experience in hospitality or a similar environment.
