- System Administration: Acting as the "Super User" for the school's MIS, providing help and training to teachers on data entry and reporting.
- First Aid Lead: Coordinating the first aid rota for the site and ensuring the school remains compliant with all medical and accident‑reporting regulations.
- Inventory & Asset Management: Maintaining the school's asset register and ensuring office equipment is regularly serviced.
- Meeting Support: Managing the schedule for the Headteacher and providing minute‑taking support for Governors’ meetings.
