We are looking for Sales Associates to join our team for the Summer season at our location next to The Salty Babe on Thames St.
Starting Mid‑Late May through Labor Day Weekend, including July 4th weekend is a must.
This position is for Driftwood Surf Market Newport location.
The ideal candidate is
- over the age of 18 years old
- must have prior experience in retail with an interest in fashion
- attention to detail and multi tasking are required
- ability to thrive under a fast paced, multi faceted work environment
- friendly, attentive and social towards customers
- able to do 6‑8 hour shifts
- are open to sharing Driftwood vibes on their Social Media platforms.
- Must be available weekends and with a flexible schedule

Responsibilities
- As a sales associate you will assist customers in excelling their shopping needs.
- You will also be required to handle cash and complete inventory needed tasks
- Pull, process and ship out online orders. Including dropping at post office at the end of the day.
- Receiving new inventory shipments, processing, tagging and putting out new inventory.
- Cleaning the sales floor throughout the day
