Job Title: CRM, Data and Insights Manager
Location: Fulwood, Preston
Contract Type: Permanent, 37.5 hours a week
We’re seeking an experienced CRM Manager who will be responsible for leading the CRM strategy, marketing automation and customer insight, ensuring all activity is data-driven, performance-focused and aligned to commercial objectives.
This role acts as the organisation’s HubSpot expert, embedding best practice, improving data integrity, and enabling a single customer view to unlock growth.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Act as the data, performance and insights expert within the business for CRM (HubSpot)
- Own marketing and CRM performance reporting
- Build and maintain HubSpot dashboards for marketing, sales and SLT
- Analyse full funnel performance and identify drop-off points and growth opportunities
- Partner with IT, Finance and Sales to align CRM reporting with revenue and ROI
- Work closely with HubSpot account manager to optimise service provision, understand functionality, utilise training opportunities and drive improvement.
- Design, own and optimise end to end customer journeys.
- Increase lead to appointment conversions, repeat and referrals rates
- Be an advocate for a customer data centred approach across the business, championing adoption of the CRM and creating a wider understanding of the value it brings.
- Set, track and deliver insights on performance to aid decision making across the teams.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and lifecycle
- Previous experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot) in terms of data set up/cleansing and all aspects of Sales, Marketing & Service Hubs
- Knowledge of customer data protection regulations
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Experience in using HubSpot CRM System to manage customer pipelines, reports and interactions both across Marketing and Sales Hubs
- Experience working within a service led organisation delivering campaigns via HubSpot.
- Proven strong experience of working within a similar role
- Prior experience of working across marketing and sales teams
- Experience delivering insight led reports and demonstrating actionable insight led decisions
- The ability to collaborate with multiple teams across the business
