Overview

We’re currently recruiting for a Technical Facilities Manager to oversee the delivery of hard FM services across a multi-site portfolio in Fife.

This is a key role responsible for managing engineering teams, subcontractors, and ensuring all maintenance and compliance activities are delivered to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day delivery of M&E services across multiple sites
  • Lead and support engineering teams and subcontractors
  • Ensure all PPM and reactive works are completed in line with KPIs and SLAs
  • Maintain compliance with health & safety and statutory requirements
  • Oversee asset management, maintenance planning, and lifecycle activities
  • Build strong relationships with clients and attend review meetings
  • Manage budgets and support pricing of additional works

Requirements

  • Experience in a Technical Facilities Manager or similar role
  • Strong background in FM / Building Services
  • Mechanical or electrical qualification
  • IOSH or NEBOSH (preferred)
  • Experience managing teams and subcontractors
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
