What You’ll Be Doing

As part of the Boots Online Doctor team, you will report directly to the Managing Director and collaborate with a Senior Programme Manager in our Transformation function. Your role will involve:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to develop and launch new clinical services.
  • Ensuring alignment with business goals while managing stakeholder accountability.
  • Bringing structure, discipline, and control to projects, focusing on cost, time, and quality.
  • Tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across functions.
  • Adapting to changing priorities while maintaining focus in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Need To Have (Our Must-Haves)

  • Proven experience in project and/or programme management within a multi-functional environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Confident communication skills with diverse stakeholders at all levels.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, APM)
  • Experience in managing the development of new services or products.
  • The ability to adapt guidelines and processes as needed.
