Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and logistics
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Prepare and process expense claims accurately
  • Draft professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Support team development and effective ways of working
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Assist with project coordination across multiple initiatives
