- Integration and end-to-end testing coordination
- Test execution oversight and progress reporting
- Quality metrics and assurance
- Stakeholder communication and alignment
- Defect lifecycle ownership across projects
- Regulatory, security, and compliance assurance
- Continuous improvement and lessons learned
- Release decision support and sign-off
- Test closure and handover
