• Risk management and issue escalation
• Environment and data management
• Integration and end-to-end testing coordination
• Test execution oversight and progress reporting
• Quality metrics and assurance
• Stakeholder communication and alignment
• Defect lifecycle ownership across projects
• Regulatory, security, and compliance assurance
• Continuous improvement and lessons learned
• Release decision support and sign-off
• Test closure and handover
