Front Office Team Leader

Key responsibilities

• Have excellent detailed knowledge of front‑office operations in a hotel
• Ensure guests’ needs are satisfactorily met
• Play a hands‑on role leading by example and taking opportunities to motivate, train and inspire the front‑office team members
• Take ownership of challenging situations with professionalism and calm

Qualifications & Experience

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and excellent knowledge of Opera
• Previous experience as a Front Office Supervisor/Team Leader, Reception Supervisor or Receptionist in a hotel
