Business Administration (MBA) — AI Data Trainer

What if your MBA could directly shape how AI advises the next generation of business leaders? We’re looking for business experts to challenge, evaluate, and refine cutting‑edge AI models on topics such as corporate finance, market strategy, operations, and organizational behavior — ensuring AI can perform at the level of a seasoned executive advisor.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just deep business expertise and a rigorous, analytical mindset.

Organization

  • Organization: Alignerr
  • Type: Hourly Contract
  • Location: Remote
  • Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You’ll Do

  • Design Complex Business Challenges — Create advanced case studies and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, operations bottlenecks, cap table modeling, and more.
  • Author Gold‑Standard Solutions — Develop rigorous, step‑by‑step responses complete with financial statements, strategic frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter’s Five Forces), and executive‑quality rationales that serve as benchmark answers for AI training.
  • Audit AI Outputs — Evaluate AI‑generated business plans, financial forecasts, and case study analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional business standards.
  • Sharpen AI Reasoning — Identify and document reasoning failures — such as misapplied WACC calculations, ignored sunk costs, or missing macroeconomic variables — and provide structured, actionable feedback.
  • Work Independently — Complete task‑based assignments asynchronously, fully on your own schedule.

Who You Are

  • Holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution.
  • Strong foundational expertise in at least two core business disciplines: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management.
  • Able to synthesize complex data into clear, executive‑style summaries and professional recommendations.
  • Exceptionally detail‑oriented — you catch formula errors, spot logical gaps, and hold arguments to a high standard.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  • No prior AI or tech experience required.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy.
  • Background in data annotation, quality assurance, or evaluation systems.
  • Proficiency in data‑driven decision tools such as Excel modeling, Tableau, or SQL.
  • Experience writing structured analytical reports or business case documentation.

Why Join Us

  • Work directly with industry‑leading AI research labs on cutting‑edge language models.
  • Fully remote and flexible — work when and where it suits you.
  • Freelance autonomy with meaningful, intellectually stimulating work.
  • Apply your hard‑earned expertise to a field that’s reshaping the future of business decision‑making.
  • Potential for ongoing work and contract extension as new projects launch.
