Your Role Accountabilities

  • Communicating with stakeholders regarding project needs and goals
  • Contributing to the planning and development of projects.
  • Supporting the coordination and management of projects.
  • Performing administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, scheduling meetings, etc.
  • Compiling information required to draw up contracts.
  • Preparing and maintaining project budgets.
  • Keeping track of and reporting on project progress.

Qualifications & Experiences

  • Previous experience in project management, construction, or a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Solid customer service experience.
  • Experience in filing both hard and soft copy records and information effectively for fast and efficient retrieval.
  • Good research skills and the ability to draw information from various sources.
  • Must hold a full UK driving license.

Onsite Working – This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
