Role Overview

Grace Academy Coventry is expanding and seeks an enthusiastic and highly effective Assistant Head of Key Stage to support the Heads of Year in leading pastoral and academic performance of students, aiming to achieve the highest standards.

This non‑teaching role works term time only and requires strong communication skills and experience supporting young people.

Key Responsibilities

Support Heads of Year in pastoral and academic leadership of Key Stage students, contribute to curriculum planning and implementation, monitor student progress, ensure compliance with school policies, and promote the Academy’s core values of Limitless Potential, Intentional Excellence, Mutual Respect, Genuine Integrity and Amazing Grace.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience in a senior leadership or support role within a secondary school setting, strong communication and mentoring skills, and an understanding of safeguarding and DBS requirements.
