Project Manager

Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 + Car/Car Allowance. Start Date: ASAP.
Established firm in the professional foodservice sector requires an experienced Project Manager to join the team. The role involves installing professional kitchens in restaurants and hotels, with responsibility for all project phases.
Responsibilities
- Check equipment specifications, design and service drawings, and purchase orders.
- Approve specialist contractors’ manufacturing drawings.
- Handle design or equipment variations and extras.
- Attend all necessary site meetings, in person where needed or via Teams/Zoom.
- Produce or coordinate relevant risk assessments and method statements.
- Carry out surveys and site dimensional checks of all relevant working areas, checking site access and monitoring progress ahead of catering equipment delivery.
- Supervise the installation and commissioning of kitchen and servery equipment.
- Compile snag and defect lists and ensure a timely, satisfactory completion.
- Review job costings, address variations with suppliers, and achieve rapid, satisfactory resolution.
