Role Overview

I am looking for a Night Shift Operations Manager to join an excellent FMCG business.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating teams of up to 30-100 people, ensuring productivity is on target.
• Track KPI’s.
• Adhere to and monitor Health and Safety.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, diverse teams in a fast-paced energetic environment.
• Knowledge of both Warehouse and Transport operations would be a distinct advantage.
• Flexible to work across varying shift patterns for a busy Night Shift.
