Operations Support Manager

We are looking for an Operations Support Manager to join our Front of house team. This is a shift-based, hands‑on role supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of our One Glass Wharf office, with some wider support across our London and Edinburgh offices.

Working closely with Front of House, Facilities, IT, Office Services and Health & Safety colleagues, you’ll help ensure a professional, welcoming and well‑run environment for our people, clients and visitors.

Shift pattern

Early shift: 7:30am - 4:30pm

Late shift: 10:00am - 7:00pm

You’ll be expected to work across both shift patterns.
