We’re working with a well-established, highly respected software company based in Oxford that’s looking to bring in a Product Manager with 1–3 years of experience. The Role
You’ll sit at the heart of the business, working closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to shape and deliver product strategy. This isn’t a “backlog admin” role – you’ll be expected to think commercially, engage with users, and take genuine ownership of product direction.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning and prioritising the product roadmap alongside senior stakeholders
- Translating customer needs into clear, actionable product requirements
- Working closely with developers in an agile environment to deliver high-quality features
- Gathering and analysing user feedback to continuously improve the product
- Balancing short-term delivery with long-term product vision
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years’ experience in a Product Manager / Product Owner or similar role
- Experience working in a software or technology-driven environment
- Strong communication skills – able to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
- Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in building products users love
- Comfortable operating in a smaller team with high levels of ownership
