Job Description

Position Overview

Working within the Infrastructure Strategic Planning & Governance (ISPG) team, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Estate Optimisation Manager to deliver effective estate strategies, ensuring alignment with wider infrastructure plans and organisational objectives.

This role combines administration, coordination, and stakeholder engagement, helping to manage estate planning processes, governance, and infrastructure requirements through robust change management tools.

  • Support alignment of Strategic Objectives with infrastructure plans and wider delivery programmes
  • ️ Provide administrative support for the development and ongoing management of:
    • Siting strategies
    • Estate utilisation plans
  • ⚖️ Ensure alignment with sitegovernance frameworks and infrastructure priorities
  • Act as secretary for governance meetings, supporting Authority control of the estate
  • Assist in managing siting requirements and formal space allocations, including maintaining risk and issue registers
