The Role
We are seeking a motivated Performance Executive to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid hands‑on paid media experience who is eager to develop their skills in a client‑facing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution & Optimisation: Take ownership of day‑to‑day campaign management across key platforms including Google, Meta, and TikTok - building, optimising, and reporting on performance to ensure client objectives are met.
- Client Communication: Support senior team members in managing client relationships, attending meetings, preparing reports, and becoming a trusted point of contact. In an age increasingly shaped by AI, the human ability to build meaningful, trust‑based relationships is more valuable than ever.
- Performance Reporting & Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, compile reports, and surface actionable insights that inform strategy and demonstrate value to clients.
- Project Support: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services, keeping projects on track and aligned with client goals.
- Strategic Input: Contribute to account strategies by researching opportunities, analysing competitor activity, and supporting senior team members with planning and recommendations.
- Problem Solving: Data focused. Proactively flag and help resolve campaign or client issues, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross‑functional teams - including creative, media, and analytics - to deliver integrated solutions.
- Operational Support: As part of a small, agile team, you'll be expected to pitch in across the business — whether that means helping with campaign planning, supporting team processes, or jumping into areas outside your core role. We believe in growing talent through real exposure and hands‑on experience.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in paid media or performance marketing, ideally within an agency setting
- Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and/or TikTok Ads; exposure to additional platforms is a bonus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you're confident contributing to client conversations and building trust
- A proactive, can‑do attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved in all aspects of agency life
- Organised and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable with data and reporting - you can interpret campaign results and translate insights into action
- A strategic mindset - you understand how paid media connects to broader client business goals
