Operations Manager

We’re partnering with a fast-growing global brand group looking for an Operations Manager to take ownership of outbound logistics across the UK & Europe.

This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role focused on driving 3PL performance, delivery accuracy, and distribution efficiency.

The job:

• Manage outbound logistics & order fulfilment
• Own 3PL + carrier relationships
• Ensure SAP accuracy across orders & stock

Your experience:

• Experience in logistics / supply chain / operations
• Strong 3PL & distribution knowledge
• Confidence with ERP systems (SAP ideal)
• A proactive, problem‑solving mindset
