What You’ll Be Doing

As a Trainee Operations Manager, you’ll begin by learning the sales side of the business before moving into operational and leadership responsibilities.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Engaging with customers and driving sales performance
  • Learning client acquisition and customer management
  • Supporting day-to-day operations and team coordination
  • Monitoring performance and contributing to business targets
  • Taking on leadership responsibilities as you progress

Development & Progression

This role is built to move you into a management position.
