What You’ll Be Doing
As a Trainee Operations Manager, you’ll begin by learning the sales side of the business before moving into operational and leadership responsibilities.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Engaging with customers and driving sales performance
- Learning client acquisition and customer management
- Supporting day-to-day operations and team coordination
- Monitoring performance and contributing to business targets
- Taking on leadership responsibilities as you progress
Development & Progression
This role is built to move you into a management position.
You’ll gain experience in:

Phase 2 – Operations & Backend Training
Once you’ve built a strong sales foundation, you’ll move into backend operations and management, gaining exposure to:

- Finance Fundamentals – budgeting, forecasting, and business performance
- Team Leadership – coaching, mentoring, and managing people
- Marketing & Brand Development – campaign strategy and growth
