This role is ideal for someone who cares deeply about quality, people, and calm, well‑run service. You’ll oversee daily operations, support and develop the team, maintain high coffee and service standards, and work closely with our leadership to deliver a refined yet welcoming experience in a premium retail environment. Strong hospitality experience, leadership skills, and a genuine love for specialty coffee are essential.
