A growing food manufacturing business is looking for a hands‑on Production Shift Manager to lead daily operations and drive performance across the site.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll take ownership of output, quality, team leadership and continuous improvement within a fast‑paced FMCG environment.

What we’re looking for:

• Food manufacturing experience (essential)
• Strong team leadership within production
• Lean / CI mindset with measurable improvements
• KPI-driven and comfortable working with data
• HACCP / food safety knowledge
