Business Development Manager – Automotive Warranty

£38,000k basic + £50,000 + car allowance + bonus | Field-based covering Northern UK

If you're commercially astute, thrive on autonomy and know how to turn a warm lead into a long-term partnership, this one’s worth your attention. You’ll be joining a high-growth automotive brand with serious market presence, tasked with expanding their dealer network and driving revenue through smart, strategic business development. What You’ll Be Doing

• Signing up new dealers to their Partnered Warranty programme, managing the full acquisition cycle from prospecting to onboarding.
• Driving policy and gross premium growth across your territory, with clear targets and the tools to hit them.
• Building strong relationships with dealer principals, delivering training and ensuring brand compliance.
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues, improve service delivery, and maximise cross-sell opportunities.

What You’ll Need to Bring

• Proven experience in new business acquisition — ideally in automotive, finance, or a related sector.
• Strong communication and CRM discipline, with a knack for building rapport quickly.
• A results-driven mindset, backed by analytical thinking and commercial awareness.
