Michelin Star – Restaurant General Manager Lake District Cumbria. Our client is recruiting a Restaurant Manager for their Michelin Star restaurant and hotel. The restaurant offers great service in a small and intimate setting. This creates an opportunity for a Restaurant Manager with AAA Rosette or Michelin Star experience or a Deputy General Manager of a bigger property with a AAA rosette or Michelin Star restaurant.

Qualifications

• Michelin Star or 3AA Rosette experience essential
• Stable work history
• Excellent training and team development skills
• Attention to detail
• Immaculate presentation
• Good working knowledge of wines

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant and hotel service to maintain Michelin Star standards
• Develop and train front-of-house and back-of-house teams
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality
