The Role: Own Your Operation

As a Team Leader, you'll be the driving force behind your department. This isn't a clipboard job - you'll be on the floor, leading from the front, and making daily decisions that directly impact our success.

What You’ll Do:

• Coach, motivate, and inspire your team. Build a culture where people are accountable, engaged, and continuously improving.
• Drive Results: Monitor KPIs, allocate resources smartly, ensure your team hits picking & packing targets without compromising quality.
• Own Health & Safety: Create and maintain a safety-first culture. Your team's wellbeing is non-negotiable.
• Deliver Operational Excellence: From resource planning and HR system updates to maintaining 5S housekeeping standards – you’ll ensure everything runs like clockwork.
• Collaborate Across the Site: Work closely with Senior Team Leaders and the wider fulfillment team to ensure seamless operations across all departments.

What We’re Looking For:

We need proven leaders with Team Leader or supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment. You should bring:

• Warehouse Leadership Experience – you’ve led teams in picking, packing, or fulfillment operations.
• Results-Driven Mindset – you understand KPIs and know how to motivate teams to achieve them.
• Strong Communication Skills – you can inspire, challenge, and support your team effectively.
• Attention to Detail – quality and accuracy matter as much as speed.
• Flexibility During Peak Periods – you’re willing to step up when the business needs you most.
• A Genuine Passion for People – you care about developing your team and creating a positive work environment.
