Overview
Global Financial Services Firm is hiring for a Client Implementation Analyst / Specialist - Prime Brokerage with strong analytical, Prime Brokerage / margin operations, change management and client services skills. Based in London on a permanent basis with a hybrid schedule (2 days in the office, 3 days remote). Salary range £55K - £70K plus bonus and benefits. Financial services experience is essential, with a strong understanding of the trading lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead full system implementation projects and proof of concept (POC) projects, including project management and client onboarding.
- Participate in optimisation, JSON, Python, APIs, scripting, and provide understanding of derivatives and/or the trading lifecycle as it relates to Prime Brokerage.
- Understand at a high level how Prime Brokerage margin methodologies apply to different hedge fund client portfolios.
- Experience with reconciliation or resolution of margin-related issues between hedge fund clients and Prime Brokerage Risk teams.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of how a Prime Brokerage business operates, the services offered, and the client lifecycle.
- Experience with trade data files, different data formats, and market/reference data used in PB margin calculations.
Qualifications
- Ideally 3-5 years of experience within Prime Brokerage and Margining.
- Knowledge of financial markets, ideally within derivatives and/or the trading lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and client service skills with the ability to manage change and support client onboarding.
