We are hiring an Operation Manager to support a fast-growing logistics and technology platform. This role will work closely with key enterprise clients, primarily cross-border e-commerce platforms from China, hence Mandarin proficiency is essential.
Who will thrive in this role?
- 5–7 years of experience in B2B customer success, client management, or account management, with strong cross-functional collaboration exposure
- Experience in a fast-scaling business or complex SaaS/platform environment is a strong plus
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas in a clear and structured way (both written and verbal)
- Comfortable using Google Slides / PowerPoint and Google Sheets / Excel for analysis and presentations
- Adaptable and able to perform in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities
- Data-driven mindset: able to interpret data, extract actionable insights, and collaborate with analytics teams to improve reporting and performance tracking
