This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working and a salary of £39,526 - £43,613 per annum.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Data Performance Analyst to join our Systems, Performance and Communities team.

The Role

As a Data Performance Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting data‑driven decision‑making within Adult Social Care. You will be responsible for extracting, analysing and visualising data to support performance monitoring, statutory reporting, inspections and service improvement.

Working closely with colleagues across Adult Social Care, Corporate Analytics, Public Health, Communities, IT and Finance, you will develop clear, meaningful insight that supports both strategic planning and day to day operational delivery. Experience of statutory reporting, inspections or Adult Social Care systems is welcome, but we are keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate strong transferable analytical skills.
