Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Reporting Analyst to join CDW’s Sales Operations team. This role is responsible for building, refining, and delivering actionable sales and operational reporting that supports data-driven decision-making across the business.

Working closely with sales teams and operational stakeholders, you will play a key role in improving reporting processes, driving automation, and ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of insights that support commercial performance. What You Will Do

  • Build, refine, and deliver actionable sales and operational reporting to support business decision-making
  • Work closely with stakeholders across Sales and Sales Operations to understand reporting needs and deliver meaningful insights
  • Create and distribute stockholding agreements to support customer and sales requirements
  • Manage approval processes for stocking orders and respond to inbound stockholding queries
  • Collaborate with the sales community to deliver effective stockholding solutions for customers
  • Produce KPI reporting in partnership with Sales Operations leadership
  • Manage ad hoc reporting requests from sales teams, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Identify opportunities to improve and automate existing reporting processes
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting outputs
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across reporting, processes, and systems

What We Expect of You

  • Strong experience working with data and reporting, ideally within a sales or commercial environment
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong numerical ability
  • Experience using reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI
  • Highly detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and translate data into insights
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of how reporting supports business performance
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to improve processes and drive efficiencies
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Power Automate)
