Up to £50k basic + comms + bonus (£20–30k pa)
We’re partnering with one of the most respected fashion and interiors brands in the world and are looking for a commercially sharp, relationship-driven business developer to join their high-end interiors showroom in Central London.
Candidates will need to know the luxury market inside out, have a genuine passion for design and be a natural at building long-term partnerships. You’ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting, quoting, closing, aftersales and repeat business, whilst working to personal and showroom sales targets. You will need to highly confident leading meetings and pitches and in person networking.
Working across furniture, lighting, fabrics, accessories and bespoke, you’ll be spotting new opportunities in the interiors, residential, hospitality, yacht and property developer sectors. We will need to see a 3-5 year track record of delivering luxury, high-touch client experiences in similar sectors with a network of established contacts from day one.
You’ll need to be confident reading architectural drawings and space plans, strong Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office skills and (ideally) exposure to AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D or CGI tools.
On a personal level, you’ll have a sharp eye for styling and decoration, commercial drive and a natural instinct for proactive networking. Someone who genuinely enjoys industry events, design weeks, trade fairs and building a name in the luxury interiors world.
