Team Leader
Salary: £14.32 per hour (£29,785.60 per annum). 40 hours per week. Joining Bonus: £500.
Location: Oaklea Care & Support – Walliscote Road. Service supports eight people with complex learning difficulties.

Team Leader Role
Promote and ensure the company vision of person‑centred support is implemented, maintaining individuals’ potential and independence.
Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for staff management and staff development.
- Lead staff in promoting each client’s well‑being, safety and quality of life.
- Monitor and assist the delivery of group and individual activities aligned with client goals and well‑being measures.
- Ensure effective liaison with external parties and consistent communication within the home.
- Work in accordance with company values, policies, procedures, legislation and national minimum standards.
- Meet agreed individual annual objectives.
- Promote each client’s well‑being, safety and quality of life.
- Complete and review internal quality compliance systems.
- Participate in on‑call duties.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities.
- Minimum of a Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or working towards this.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a Team Leader role.
