Supply Chain Coordinator
Pertemps are working with an established manufacturing business located in Alton who are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator or Lead Planner to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to join a growing and developing business.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and maintenance of supply, production and material plans.
- Ensure all plans meet customer demand while balancing inventory and lead times.
- Optimise stock levels, reorder points and replenishment strategies.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure material availability and support supplier performance analysis.
- Working closely with all inhouse teams.
- Communicate planning changes, risks and mitigation actions clearly.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning principles.
- Proficiency with ERP/ MRP systems.
- Own transport due to location.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Problem solving mindset with ability to work under pressure.
Role Details
- Based in Alton (however occasional travel to the Isle of Wight will be required).
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 4.30pm.
- £30,000 - £34,000 depending on experience.
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing with length of service).
