Customer Service Manager

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 with generous benefits package plus bonus scheme option, medical insurance, dental insurance, life assurance, EAP and 25 days holiday.

About the Role

As the CSM, you will be the driving force behind an exceptional customer journey for our client's manufacturing sites. You will lead the onboarding process, ensure operational readiness, and champion product adoption while keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront.
