Bids & Frameworks Manager
Location: Southwark, Central London
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum (Plus Bonus + Benefits)

Office: Southwark, Central London
Hours: Full time Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm (Hybrid + Flexi Working)

Duties

• Lead the delivery of major bids, tenders and framework submissions
• Develop bid strategies aligned to client priorities and scoring criteria
• Coordinate input from technical, commercial and operational teams
• Identify and track upcoming framework and procurement opportunities
• Support early-stage positioning with business development colleagues
• Review bid performance and improve future submissions

Requirements

• A minimum of 4+ years' experience in a similar Bids environment
• Experience leading high-value bids and complex tenders
• Strong understanding of procurement-led sales environments
• Background in construction, infrastructure, engineering, property or similar sector
• Strong commercial awareness, including pricing and risk
• Able to coordinate multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines
• Confident communicator with strong planning and project leadership skills
