As our business looks to deliver its ambitious strategy of growth, we are looking for a Supply Chain and Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Cowick. The newly created role will be responsible for organising and facilitating the timely and accurate delivery of UK & IE customer orders, with a strong customer-centric focus.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Be part of a customer-focused team to coordinate and manage UK & IE customer orders, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant delivery while acting as a key link between Customer Care, logistics partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and organise UK & IE customer orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Act as the key link between Customer Care and the 3PL logistics provider, ensuring smooth order fulfilment.
  • Build shipments in line with customer-specific requirements, SLAs and potential customs regulations.
  • Manage delivery issues, escalations, returns and credit-blocked orders to minimise customer impact.
  • Maintain accurate system data and support continuous improvement of order fulfilment processes.
  • Support during cover periods of the current Customer Care team.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • GCSE or equivalent
  • SAP experience is desirable but not essential
  • Extensive experience in shipping and/or logistics
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work to tight/competing deadlines
  • Strong teamwork skills, collaboratively effectively to streamline and standardise processes
