Job Description:

This role, based at our Blackberry Hill Hospital site, works closely with our SFM hotel services team. It requires excellent administrative skills, confidence to work independently, strong deadline management, flexibility, and a team‑player attitude.

  • Completion of hours worked inclusive of annual leave and absence.
  • Completion of multiple spreadsheets to record and maintain information.
  • Raising of purchase orders for goods and services.
  • Collation of statistical data and general information as required.
  • Liaison with other internal and external services as appropriate.
  • Administrative support for staff record keeping.
  • Ad‑hoc administrative support as requested.
  • Ensure that administrative colleagues and managers are kept informed of all information pertinent to the maintenance of the high standard of the service and standards of care.
  • Work within national, local and trust policies, procedures, guidelines and standards.
