CNX Recruitment is proud to be working with a growing construction contractor to recruit an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to support their thriving construction business based in Barnet.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish, implement, and maintain efficient administrative systems and procedures
- Develop and manage document control processes for construction projects
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant
- Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and external stakeholders
- Oversee general office management, including supplies, facilities, and support staff
- Manage filing systems (both digital and physical) to ensure easy access and audit readiness
- Support health & safety documentation and compliance processes
- Assist with reporting, project tracking, and internal communications
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow and operational efficiency
About You
- Proven experience in an Office Manager or Senior Administrator role within the construction industry
- Strong experience implementing admin systems and document control processes
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems
- Ability to work independently xlqdzyr and take initiative
- Knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and compliance requirements is essential
